Brian Aspland brings a wealth of executive experience and leadership from his career at a number of successful software companies. Mr. Aspland was formerly CEO of FrontOffice Technologies, a document management software company successfully sold to iManage (now Interwoven.) Prior to FrontOffice, Mr. Aspland led the rapid growth of Answer Systems, a highly successful company in the helpdesk/customer support market that was acquired by Platinum Technology (now Computer Associates.) Prior to Answer Systems, Mr. Aspland spent nine years as President and CEO of Integral Systems, another rapid growth software application company. Mr. Aspland holds a Bachelors degree from Georgetown University.

  Ashwin Shah co-founded the original company in 1992 after 18 years of extensive software development and management experience, including 10 years of design and management experience in the field of rich content and multimedia management. Prior to founding Chuckwalla, Mr. Shah had extensive software development experience in graphics, computer-aided design and computer systems at ComputerVision, GE-Calma, and Burroughs Corporation. In this role he was co-designer of the Object Modeling Technique (OMT) that evolved into the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and has been adopted as a universal notation for representing software system designs. Mr. Shah holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
   
   
  Jon Lewis

  Jon Lewis possesses a successful track record building sales and marketing organizations at early-stage, rapid-growth companies focused on developing technologies for digital content creation, production and management. Mr. Lewis is experienced selling through a broad range of sales channels and business models. He has held executive sales, business development and/or marketing positions at MetaCreations, Microtek, ScanView and XRS. For Microtek, Mr. Lewis managed national sales via a direct sales force and led the transformation into a channel-driven sales model. In the process, annual revenues grew from less than $1 million to more than $100 million, enabling Microtek’s highly successful IPO in 1989. Mr. Lewis went on to co-found XRS, a pioneering developer of digitization hardware and software for the graphic communication and medical markets. He wrote the company’s business plan and served as its COO. Lumisys Corp. (now Eastman Kodak Co.) acquired the company.
